This role requires expertise in both manual and automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and performance across mobile, web, and smart TV platforms.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and develop the overall quality assurance strategy, including both automated and manual testing approaches.\nOversee the development and implementation of automated test frameworks, including test scripts, tools, and infrastructure.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate QA processes into the development pipeline.\nEnsure continuous testing for all digital assets (iOS, Android, WebOS, Smart TV, Web) to maintain high performance, usability, and security standards.\nIdentify, document, and manage software defects, working with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve issues.\nEstablish best practices for code quality, including writing, reviewing, and updating test plans and automated test cases.\nMonitor and report on QA metrics, providing feedback to leadership and engineering to improve overall code quality.\nAdvocate for test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.\nCollaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication of quality expectations and technical requirements.\nStay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA automation, testing strategies, and software quality standards.\nMentor and lead a growing team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of quality and accountability.\nQualifications:\nLanguage proficiencyArabic: Fluent (Written, Spoken)\nEnglish: Fluent (Written, Spoken)\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.\nProven experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).\nProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing best practices.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and leadership skills.\nPreferred Traits:\nAttention to Detail: Demonstrates thoroughness and precision in testing and documentation.\nLeadership:Ability to mentor and guide QA teams to ensure consistent high-quality results.\n\nProblem Solver: Approaches challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.\nOwnership:Takes full responsibility for the quality of the product and works relentlessly to improve it.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.\nProfessional growth and development opportunities.\nFlexible working arrangements.\nHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume.
