Creator\n\nLocation: Remote\n\nRole Summary\n\n10Alytics is looking for an Influencer Lifestyle Content Creator to become a recognizable face and voice for our brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.\nYou'll own your own content calendar and creative direction, working closely with the Marketing & Sales team to keep it aligned with 10Alytics' voice without losing what makes it yours.\nThis is a different mandate from our career-conversion content: it's lifestyle-style storytelling — day-in-the-life, culture, and personality-led content that builds genuine audience trust and grows our following independent of any single campaign.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nStay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, adapting content before trends peak.\nPlan, film, and publish consistent lifestyle-style content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that grows 10Alytics' following and brand recognition.\nTrack and report on content performance — views, engagement, and follower growth — and adjust format and tone based on what resonates.\nBuild and maintain a content calendar that keeps output consistent, not campaign-dependent.\nDevelop a distinct on-camera personality and voice that makes 10Alytics instantly recognizable across platforms.\nPartner with the Marketing & Sales team to align content themes with major campaigns and launches, without losing creative independence.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nRelevant qualifications with 2+ years of experience creating and publishing original content as a content creator, influencer, or similar on-camera role.\nNo visa or work-authorization restriction, given the fully remote nature of this role.\nDemonstrated experience building and growing an audience across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, with real, verifiable metrics.\nComfortable on camera, with your own established style, voice, or personal brand.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience creating content in the education, career-development, or tech space.\nBasic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).\n\nSuccess Measures\n\nHealthy engagement rate — likes, comments, shares, saves — relative to platform benchmarks, not just raw view counts.\nGrowing reach and impressions that extend 10Alytics' visibility beyond its existing audience.\nConsistent publishing cadence across all four platforms, met month over month.\nSteady follower and audience growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.\n\nHow to
