Associate\n\nLocation: Remote\n\nJob Description\n\nA key focus of this role is tax compliance and implementation.\nWe are looking for a Finance Reporting Associate to support financial reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance operations at 10Alytics.\nThe ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Nigerian tax system and be able to translate tax requirements into practical processes within the organisation, ensuring timely filings, payments, accurate records, and ongoing compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and implement the organisation's tax compliance processes.\nTrack revenue, payments, outstanding balances, refunds, and installment plans.\nStay updated on applicable Nigerian tax laws, requirements, and regulatory changes.\nReview transactions for appropriate tax treatment and identify potential tax risks.\nMaintain accurate and organised financial and tax records.\nReconcile bank accounts, payment platforms, and internal financial records.\nAnalyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actual analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting.\nPrepare and/or coordinate tax calculations, filings, payments, and supporting documentation.\nPrepare regular financial reports covering revenue, expenses, cash flow, and other key metrics.\nMonitor tax deadlines and ensure timely compliance.\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books is an advantage.\n2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or financial reporting.\nStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work with confidential financial information.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience implementing or managing tax compliance processes is highly preferred.\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nStrong analytical, numerical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.\nICAN, ACCA, CITN, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.\nStrong practical knowledge of the Nigerian tax system is essential.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested
