Process Documentation\n Map as-is and to-be workflows for clinical and administrative processes.\n Support process improvement initiatives linked to HIS/EMR implementation.\n Maintain updated documentation for workflows, SOPs, forms, and business rules.\n Coordinate with SMEs to verify process accuracy.\nKey Responsibilities - Coordination with Stakeholders\n Work closely with senior analysts, project managers, departmental users, IT teams, and vendors.\n Follow up on pending inputs, requirement clarifications, approvals, and action items.\n Support workshop scheduling, stakeholder communication, and issue tracking.\n Help ensure alignment between business expectations and implementation progress.\nKey Responsibilities - Testing Support\n Prepare test cases and support execution of SIT and UAT.\n Log defects, track resolution, and retest corrected issues.\n Validate business scenarios and confirm system behavior against requirements.\n Assist end users during testing cycles and issue reproduction.\nKey Responsibilities -
