About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate who is motivated, creative, and passionate about employee culture. As an Intern People Engagement, you will support our HR team in planning and executing initiatives that enhance employee experience, culture, and connection across 10Pearls. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to employee engagement practices in a dynamic software house environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, events, and company-wide events.
- Support surveys, feedback collection, and analysis to understand employee needs.
- Help with communication drafts, posters, and engagement content.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and reports of engagement activities.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fresh graduate in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for employee culture/engagement.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
