About Us:

10x Team connects top independent professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate progress in artificial intelligence. We are looking for knowledgeable IAM experts based in the EU or UK to help train AI systems in identity governance, access control, regulatory compliance, and IAM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks

• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, role-based access control, and compliance

• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from your IAM experience

• Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation

• Identify and explain gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing structured, actionable feedback

• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards

About You:

• Experienced IAM consultant with a solid background in identity and access management

• Based in the EU or UK

• In-depth understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver structured feedback

• Available 8-20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

2. AI Lab roles

For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
