looking for an Expert Gameplay Programmer to join one of our unannounced projects currently in development at 11 bit studios.\nThis position requires working in a hybrid model in our Warsaw office.\nWhat will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?\nPlanning, prototyping, developing and maintaining gameplay features,\n\nParticipating in the gameplay feature design process and working closely with designers,\n\nEvaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to apply them to gameplay code,\n\nDebugging and optimizing gameplay code,\n\nAnalyzing technical risks and requirements for gameplay solutions,\n\nEnforcing good programming practices within the programming team,\n\nSharing knowledge and experience within the programming team.\n\nRequirements\nWhat will help you succeed in this role?\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in a programming position in the game development industry,\n\nAt least 2 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine,\n\nPreferably, professional experience working on multiplayer and/or co-op games,\n\nExpert practical knowledge of C++,\n\nStrong understanding of gameplay systems and solutions used in modern video games,\n\nExperience taking gameplay features from prototype through implementation and iteration,\n\nGood communication skills and ability to work closely with other disciplines,\n\nKeeping up
