Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Testanalyse: Selbstständiges Auslesen und Aufbereiten von technischen Daten aus Messsystemen nach Einarbeitung
  • Fehleranalyse: Analyse von Fehlerbildern durch Auswerten von Testdaten
  • Ticket Handling: Selbstständiges Erstellen von Fehlermeldungen (Tickets) in bestehenden Tools bzw. vorgegebenen E-Mail-Verfahren
  • SIM-Karten: Selbstständiges verwalten von Test-SIM Karten im vorgegebenen Prozess nach entsprechender Einarbeitung
  • Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten der Messsysteme sowie internen Fachabteilungen

Sie sind eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Data Science, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.

  • Microsoft: sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Word
  • Datenanalyse: Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und -Verarbeitung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Teamfähigkeit: Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft: Hohe Motivation und Interesse komplexe, IT und nachrichtentechnische Kenntnisse des Mobilfunks anzueignen
