Reporting to the Senior Director of Infrastructure Deployment and Data Center Management, this individual will lead deployments from planning through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, validating infrastructure designs, and ensuring projects are executed on time and to standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments, demonstrates strong technical and organizational skills, and enjoys optimizing deployment workflows through process improvement and automation.\nResponsibilities:\nLead infrastructure deployment projects from kickoff through production, including rack-and-stack, cabling, provisioning, and documentation.\n\nCoordinate project needs across Data Center Infrastructure, Procurement, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Infrastructure teams.\n\nCreate and maintain accurate BOMs, deployment documentation, rack elevations, and cable matrices.\n\nDevelop and support automation and scripting efforts to improve deployment consistency and efficiency.\n\nValidate compatibility and readiness of compute, storage, and network hardware as well as supporting data center power infrastructure before deployment.\n\nParticipate in product enablement efforts by deploying and validating hardware for new offerings.\n\nEnsure DCIM (NetBox/Nlyte) and tracking tools are consistently updated to reflect deployed infrastructure.\n\nSupport remote site work by building documentation and guidance for DC technicians and remote hands.\n\nTravel occasionally to data centers for project execution, audits, or support.\n\nWork supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.\n\nResponsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.\n\nReview and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.\n\nAdditional duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related work experience required.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in service-provider or enterprise-scale data centers.\n\nExperience leading technical infrastructure projects and coordinating across multiple internal teams.\n\nStrong working knowledge of VMware, Cisco UCS, Cohesity, HPE, or similar service provider scale hardware and software platforms.\n\nProficiency in scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) preferred.\n\nCapable of managing BOMs, cable matrices, and infrastructure documentation from initial build through production deployment.\n\nFamiliarity with the physical deployment and maintenance of hardware in a data center operations environment\n\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\n\nAble to travel on a limited basis for major site builds or upgrades and lift 50 lbs when onsite.\n\nMust be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Actual pay is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location. \n\nIndividuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization.
