and respond to client enquiries received through email, WhatsApp, phone and other approved channels.\n\nReview client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company requirements.\n\nFollow up with clients on outstanding documentation and transaction requirements.\n\nCoordinate the signing, delivery and proper filing of client documents.\n\nUpload relevant client documents to the company's client web application.\n\nMaintain accurate and secure client records.\n\nSend monthly payment reminders to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.\n\nLiaise with the Accounting Team regarding payment confirmations and payment-related enquiries.\n\nHandle client enquiries relating to legal and transaction documentation and escalate complex matters to the Legal Team when necessary.\n\nManage customer feedback and ensure complaints and concerns are properly documented and followed up to resolution.\n\nMaintain regular communication with clients throughout their property ownership journey.\n\nCoordinate client birthday messages and other approved client relationship initiatives.\n\nWork closely with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Operations and other relevant departments to resolve client issues.\n\nMaintain and organise client-related materials, property flyers and other relevant documents on designated company drives.\n\nSupport email marketing and other client communication initiatives in collaboration with the Media Team.\n\nPrepare and submit weekly Customer Success reports.\n\nTrack pending client requests, documentation, payments and unresolved issues.\n\nIdentify recurring customer concerns and recommend ways to improve the customer experience.\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, Customer Relations or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Client Relations, Account Management, Sales Support, Real Estate or a related role.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong follow-up and relationship management skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational ability.\n\nAbility to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.\n\nGood documentation and record-keeping skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\n\nExperience using CRM systems or customer management platforms is an advantage.\n\nAbility to handle difficult customers and sensitive situations professionally.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively across multiple departments.\n\nMust be comfortable working with digital tools and web-based applications.\n\nPreferred Candidate\n\nThe ideal candidate is
