From client liaison to logistics, you will set the gold standard for event excellence.\n Training \nYou’ll mentor and develop our team , ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence to execute extraordinary events. Training topics will include event planning, vendor management, crisis resolution, and client relations.\n Server Training \nHelp our servers master the art of service, etiquette, and hospitality. You’ll refine their food and beverage knowledge, plated dinner service, and professional presence.\nQualifications\nEssential Qualifications:\nExperience:\nMinimum 5+ years in event planning, catering, or hospitality management with a strong background in VIP, corporate, or luxury events.\n\nPrevious experience leading teams, overseeing event execution, and coordinating logistics in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProven ability to train and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\nLeadership & Team Development: Ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.\n\nEvent Execution & Logistics: Strong organizational skills to oversee event setups, coordinate vendors, and manage on-site operations seamlessly.\n\nClient & Vendor Relations: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with high-profile clients and trusted vendors.\n\nCrisis Management & Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.\n\nService Standards & Training Expertise: Knowledge of food and beverage service, bartending, and event etiquette to coach staff on best practices.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).\n\nCertifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CSEP (Certified Special Events Professional) are a plus.\n\nRAMP or TIPS certification for alcohol service training is highly desirable.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing high-volume events with 200+ guests.\n\nStrong public speaking and presentation skills for training sessions.\n\nExperience working with luxury brands, corporate clients, or exclusive venues.\n\nPassion for mentorship, professional development, and elevating hospitality standards.\n\nAdditional Must-Haves:\nFlexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and long hours
