This role is essential to supporting a smooth operation and overall guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume concert venue environment. We’re looking for someone dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.\nAdditional responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nWash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner\nOperate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and properly\nMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish station throughout the shift\nRotate clean dishware back to the line and service areas to support uninterrupted service\nRemove and dispose of garbage and recycling; replace liners and maintain clean waste areas\nSweep, mop, and clean kitchen floors, mats, walls, and surfaces as directed\nAssist with receiving and stocking deliveries\nSupport kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed\nCommunicate equipment issues or supply needs to the Kitchen Manager promptly\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nAbout You:\n0-1 year of kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required\nValid Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)\nAvailability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to close (~11:00 PM)\nAbility to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment\nDependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent energy throughout a full shift\nStrong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards\nPositive, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with others\nAble to take direction and work within a team-focused environment\nBasic understanding of kitchen organization and workflow is a plus\nAbility to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation\nComfortable working in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to water, steam,
