We invest in our staff and provide opportunities for professional and personal development.\n19six is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to acquire and manage projects for Community College clients located in the Santa Barbara and Southern California region.\nPRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaboratively work with the Design Studio to coordinate and manage projects throughout all project phases, pre-design through construction administration.\nProduce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.\nOversee quality control and ensure compliance with project schedule, scope and budget.\nCoordinate design consultants and oversee architectural team.\nReview deliverables prepared by project team before proceeding to next phase.\nCoordination of construction documents.\nManage multiple projects and communicate with clients.\nWork collaboratively and facilitate team and client meetings effectively.\nDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Masters is a plus.\n5-10 years’ experience in managing Community College or Higher Education related projects.\nDSA experience is required.\nCA Architectural license required.\nLEED certification is a plus, but not required.\nProficiency in Revit, Acrobat, Bluebeam and Microsoft Suite are required.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly motivated, positive and ability to problem solve.\nProven ability to create strong client relationships.\nPassion for design and construction.\nBENEFITS OF BEING A 19SIX EMPLOYEE:\nMedical Insurance -
