This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, taking ownership of customer environments, and continuously improving the way infrastructure operates.\nWhat you'll do:\nInvestigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents across Microsoft-based customer environments.\n\nTake ownership of technical issues from investigation through resolution, documentation, and customer communication.\n\nAdminister and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, virtualization, backup, networking, and cloud services.\n\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.\n\nIdentify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and recommend long-term improvements.\n\nAutomate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.\n\nCollaborate with teammates on technical escalations and knowledge sharing.\n\nTechnical expertise:\nMicrosoft Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange.\n\nVirtualization & Backup: VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V, Veeam Backup & Replication.\n\nNetworking: TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall fundamentals.\n\nCloud & Automation: Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune.\n\nAdditional experience with Linux, Google Workspace/GCP, SQL Server, SAN/NAS storage, Acronis, or IP telephony is considered a plus.\n\nWe're looking for engineers who:\n3-6+ years of relevant infrastructure administration experience.\n\nUpper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
