Implementation & Delivery\nLead end-to-end deployment of 1Kosmos solutions for enterprise and public-sector customers.\nConduct discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.\nDevelop implementation plans, migration strategies, and deployment runbooks.\nServe as the primary technical lead during customer onboarding and production rollouts.\nManage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence.\nSSO & Federation Integration\nDesign and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and WS-Federation.\nIntegrate 1Kosmos with enterprise Identity Providers including Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate, Okta, ADFS, ForgeRock, and custom Identity Providers.\nConfigure federation trust relationships, claims mappings, authentication policies, and user provisioning workflows.\nTroubleshoot authentication failures, token issues, certificate problems, and federation-related incidents.\nPasswordless & Identity Verification\nDeploy passwordless authentication solutions utilizing FIDO2, Passkeys, WebAuthn, mobile-based authentication, and certificate-based authentication.\nImplement identity proofing and verification workflows.\nDesign phishing-resistant authentication architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.\nIntegrate passwordless authentication into VPNs, VDI environments, workforce applications, and customer-facing applications.\nEnterprise Infrastructure Integration\nIntegrate with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, HR systems, SIEM platforms, and MFA solutions.\nDeploy and support 1Kosmos components.\nSupport hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises deployment models.\nAutomation & Development\nDevelop automation scripts and integration tools using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.\nBuild and troubleshoot REST API integrations.\nCreate deployment automation and operational tooling.\nAssist customers with custom integrations and identity workflows.\nCustomer Success & Escalation Support\nAct as a trusted technical advisor for customer IAM and authentication initiatives.\nMentor customer teams on best practices for passwordless authentication adoption.\nSupport escalated technical issues and complex production environments.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer challenges.\nProvide implementation feedback to influence product roadmap and feature enhancements.\nRequirements\n9+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or Federation implementation experience.\n5+ years implementing enterprise authentication and access management solutions.\nExperience leading customer-facing technical implementations.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications and SaaS platforms using federation standards.\nProven ability to manage complex technical deployments involving multiple stakeholders.\nEligible to work in the United States.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong experience in:\nSAML 2.0\nOpenID Connect (OIDC)\nOAuth 2.0\nSCIM\nActive Directory\nLDAP\nMFA and Passwordless Authentication\nPKI and Certificate Management\nREST APIs\nJSON and XML\nExperience with one or more:\nMicrosoft Entra ID\nPing Identity
