Make decisions regarding the project, in context of the project\nboundaries, within the overall envelope of approved time, cost and scope and is\naccountable for the results of the project. Ensure a clear understanding of the\nproject goals and stakeholder expectations. Effectively negotiate and define\nscope of work with all stakeholders thereby ensuring effective delivery.\nProject and Program Stakeholder Engagement\nPlan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project\nworking relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are\nidentified and met.\nEnsure effective communication to business owners, internal customers and\nother relevant stakeholders, to keep them informed, facilitate decision making,\ntake corrective action and set direction.\nBuild working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, delivery partners and\n3rd parties.\nEnsure the effective facilitation of all stakeholders’ input.\nProject and Program Risks and Issues Management\nIdentify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated\nwith the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree\non, and implement solutions to overcome these.\nControl project delivery through effective management and communication of\nrisks, issues, expectations, scope change and decisions required.\nProject and Program Resource Management\nManage the deployment of project resources, proactively managing project\ncosts, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate\nreview points to ensure effective utilisation.\nMotivate resources to achieve a unified approach.\nProject and Program Reporting and Reviews\nDraft project review reports and presentations, including key information,\ncommentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable\nstakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change.\nTrack and report on the financial business benefit reports.\nProject and Program Governance\nEnsure compliance of projects to EPO project governance framework and\nmethodology.\nEnsure effective and efficient project administration including project\ndocumentation, schedule planning and maintenance.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate\nnew ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.\nPersonal Capability Building\nDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development\nplanning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or\nmaintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve\nperformance and fulfill personal potential.
