Our platform team looks after production systems around the clock, and we are growing our cloud support capability.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Engineer responsible for the reliability, security and performance of our cloud platform. You will support production systems spanning web applications, edge delivery, cloud infrastructure, container platforms and distributed services, and work closely with Software Engineering, DevOps and Product teams to solve production challenges and keep improving the platform.\nWork Arrangement\nThis role is Singapore-based, with regular business attachments to our Kuala Lumpur office. Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, may apply.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nProvide Level 1 support for company infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and fast recovery from incidents.\nOperate and continuously improve the infrastructure so the cloud platform stays secure, scalable and highly available.\nOwn production troubleshooting across the full request lifecycle, from browser to backend services.\nSupport Linux-based production environments, container platforms and distributed application services on the AWS ECS ecosystem.\nWork with DevOps teams, understand CI/CD workflows and assist with deployment-related production issues.\nRequirements\n\nSolid understanding of modern web technologies; able to troubleshoot from web functionality through to end-to-end infrastructure.\nCloudflare and CDN experience (Workers, rulesets).\nAWS networking: ALB, NLB, API Gateway, Cloud Map, DNS.\nAWS compute and containers: EC2, ECS, Docker image creation and management.\nData and messaging services: RDS, MongoDB, message queues.\nLinux production experience.\nEngineering judgement, curiosity and a security-first mindset; able to explain technical trade-offs.\nAble to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\nGood English, written and spoken.\nGood to Have\n\nChinese language ability is an advantage.\nHow to Apply\nApply through this portal.
