You will work closely with engineering teams to design secure, scalable and high-performance systems, and make informed product decisions that balance business needs, technical constraints and long-term maintainability.\nWhat You Will Do\n\nGather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.\nDefine product vision, feature priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.\nLead project planning, delivery schedules, resource coordination and risk management.\nWork with software architects and engineering teams to design secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.\nAnalyse system workflows, APIs, databases, integrations and technical dependencies.\nCoordinate Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX and Infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nReview solution designs for security, scalability, reliability and operational readiness.\nSupport testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning and production deployment.\nFacilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, estimation and release planning.\nAnalyse user feedback and operational metrics to drive continuous product improvements.\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis or Software Delivery.\nStrong technical background in software development, systems analysis or solution architecture.\nProven experience delivering enterprise, SaaS or cloud-based software products in Agile environments.\nStrong understanding of the SDLC, REST APIs, databases, microservices, system integrations and distributed systems.\nGood understanding of cloud-native architecture and the AWS ecosystem.\nStrong understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation, encryption and secure API design.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, release management and DevOps principles.\nExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGood to Have\n\nBackground as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solutions Architect or Technical Business Analyst.\nExperience with high-availability, distributed or mission-critical systems.\nExperience in payment platforms, fintech or other high-transaction environments.\nHow to Apply\nApply through this portal.
