The responsibility of the Junior Software Support Engineer is to maintainlow issue resolution times and high customer service levels.\nWhat Youwill do within this role (Your key responsibilities):\nManage the L1 Service Desk Queue and being the first line of contact for client support\nManage and resolve L1 & L2 Service Desk tickets across multiple projects\nAssistin prioritization and scheduling of the L2 Defect Backlog\nReduce the number of L3 Escalations by means ofeffective L1 and L2 triage\nPerform and oversee documented daily checklists verification\nBuild and maintainthe Service Desk knowledge base\nEnhance Service Desk monitoring by identifyingautomation opportunities\nReport on monthly Service Desk operations\nCommunicate re-occurring issues to the relevant product Quality Analyst, working closely with the DevopsTeam\nWork a rotational Service Desk Standby schedule for monitoring and escalations\nAnswer and manage all incoming Head Office calls, ensuring that calls are accurately screened, transferred, and routed to the appropriate departmentsor individuals while maintainingexcellent customer service standards.\nMore about You (Our requirements for the role):\nAlthough we believe in the potential of others more than anything else there aresome minimumrequirements we would look for so consider these before sending us your application\nYou are driven and passionate about excellent client services\nYou have a tertiary qualification in IT\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills \nWork well in a team-oriented environment \nPro-active with high levelsof energy, tenacityand enthusiasm to deliver results \nExceptional focus on quality and strong attention to detail \nCompetent in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word, or Excel \nGood command of written/verbal business English \nOur Current Tech Stack:\nAzure DevOps\nAzure SQL and related cloud-based database and storage\nAzure PaaS Services \nC#\n.NET 8\nAngular \nSQL\nSnowflake \nOur Amazing Perks!\nEnjoy 20 Leave days a year.\nHigh spec laptops and equipment for you to comfortably work remotely.\nFlexible working hours.
