They direct teams on what features the product will have and support the adoption of the product within our clients and thus need to understand the telecoms and enterprise domain to make sound decisions.\nWhat You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities):\nStrategic Planning\nDefining the vision of the product and its roadmap.\nManage multiple streams of requests into Product Backlog\nMarket trends analysis\nGo to market strategy\nBudget and ROI management\nAlignment with Marketing and Sales objectives and KPI’s\nOperational Management\nTranslating the roadmap into product backlog with prioritised feature list.\nManage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.\nAnalyse and improve processes related to the use of the product internally and at clients\nMaintain good 3rd party relationships for the product (e.g. Microsoft, Telecoms Service Providers, client integrated systems).\nManage the rollout of the product to new clients and increase the adoption rate of new features in existing clients.\nProduct Administration\nWrite well-formed User Stories with acceptance criteria to enable development teams.\nPrepare and present the target deliverables in the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Backlog grooming)\nMaintain effective documentation and training material like user guides on the product.\nSupport initial customer engagement by demonstration material, customer onboarding documentation as well as ensuring overall product documentation and training is accurate and up to date.\nManage UAT’s and prioritisation of UAT feedback with stakeholders\nAct as the primary point of contact between internal and external clients and the development team.\nMore about You (Our requirements for the role):\nAlthough we believe in the potential of others more than anything else there aresome minimumrequirementswe would look for so consider these before sending us your application\nYou hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field with preference given to Information Technology or Information Systems degrees.\nAdditional certifications such as Certified Product Owner course or Business Analysis diploma will be highly beneficial.\n2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity (or business analysis) within software development environments is essential to success in this role.\nPrior exposure to cloud technologies will be highly beneficial.\nYou are self-organized, driven and able to manage multiple projects.\nYou have a strong orientation towards continuous learning, and enjoy working within entrepreneurial environments\nYou are self-reliant and have a good understanding of development workflows\nOur Amazing Perks!\nEnjoy 20 Leave days a year plus a “mulligan day” each quarter after meeting all your deliverables.
