Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.\nAs a Finance Systems Analyst focused on integrations and automation, you’ll support the Finance Systems team in building, maintaining, and testing Application Programming Interface (API) integrations across core financial applications. You’ll work closely with senior Finance Systems team members to keep financial platforms communicating reliably, ensure automations run as expected, and document integration testing thoroughly in this hands-on, technically oriented role at the intersection of finance operations and systems engineering. By improving the reliability of financial data flows, you’ll contribute to 1Password’s mission of making it safer to use technology every day.\nHow we’re using AI today\nOn the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes.\nThis is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.\nWhat we're looking for:\nBuild a foundation in technical work involving Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), integrations, automation, or related systems.\nWork with Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) data.\nWrite or adapt scripts in Python, JavaScript, or another programming language, and apply sound technical logic across different tools and platforms.\nCreate and execute test cases for integrations and automated workflows, including edge cases, error handling, and retry logic.\nLearn unfamiliar systems and technologies independently, using research and available tools to solve problems effectively.\nCommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners to understand requirements and explain solutions.\nDocument integrations, test results, and workflows clearly; experience with financial systems, NetSuite, Workato, Postman, or similar tools is helpful.\nWhat you can expect:\nSupport the design, development, maintenance, and release of integrations across financial applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Ramp, UKG, Workato, and Stripe.\nWrite and maintain scripts that automate data flows, transformations, and system-to-system synchronization.\nBuild and refine Workato recipes and integration workflows using APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks.\nAssist with SuiteScript customizations within NetSuite and develop small utilities that reduce manual work.\nDesign and run integration tests, validate data accuracy from end to end, and document results and follow-up actions.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies across connected systems.\nCollaborate with finance, accounting, procurement, data, legal, and other partner teams to understand needs, clarify requirements, and deliver reliable solutions.\nUSA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $83,000 USD and $116,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.\nCanada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $78,000 CAD and $109,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.\nAt 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy.\nOur culture\nAt 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. \nYou’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution.
