This is an onsite position. The Project Manager II is responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects that span multiple disciplines, often involving substantial business impact and cross-functional collaboration. This role oversees project planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring the project meets all scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProject Planning and Execution\nLead development and implementation of project execution plans for medium to large projects.\nPlan and document project closure, including creating closeout reports, conducting lessons learned sessions, and ensuring project documentation is archived per organizational requirements.\nScope and Contract Management:\nDevelop and manage project contracts, ensuring key legal terms are understood and risks are minimized.\nLead management of changes to project scope, including assessing impacts, creating change requests, and implementing approved changes.\nSupply Chain and Vendor Management:\nDevelop RFPs, RFIs, and scope of work documents for medium to large POs or subcontracts.\nManage vendor/contractor interface, ensuring performance against the scope and implementing change management when necessary.\nCost and Time Management:\nLead CAPEX estimates for the project and maintain oversight of project budget and cost forecasts.\nDevelop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and activity durations.\nRisk and Quality Management:\nImplement project quality plans, including corrective and preventive actions.\nLead business risk reviews, identify project risks, and monitor mitigation strategies.\nStakeholder and Communications Management:\nLead communications with project stakeholders, providing regular project status reports and addressing issues as they arise.\nOrganize and lead project meetings, ensuring alignment and issue resolution.\nHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE):\nEnsure safety standards are met, conduct task assignments, and complete job hazard analyses as needed.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.\n5-7 years of project management experience, ideally within technical or industrial environments, with experience managing medium to large projects across multiple disciplines.\nPMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.\nProficiency in project management software, cost estimation, contract management, scheduling, risk analysis, and technical writing.\n*It is ATI's policy to not provide immigration sponsorship for any of the company's positions.\nDue to the nature of its operations, including certain federal government contracts, ATI Specialty Alloys & Components must track -- and in some cases limit employment opportunity based on -- citizenship or immigration status.\nATI and its subsidiary companies will provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to applicant's race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, age, veteran status, disability status, or any other status protected be federal or state law.
