You will:\nOversee structural design delivery across a variety of projects including substations, transmission, BESS, solar and wind that are transforming Australia's energy future.\nPartner with clients to solve complex technical challenges and deliver practical engineering solutions.\nWork alongside some of Australia's leading transmission and renewable energy specialists on nationally significant energy infrastructure projects.\nCollaborate with teams across engineering, advisory, digital and environmental disciplines.\nMentor emerging engineers while building your profile as a technical specialist through industry leadership and structured development.\nDrive high-quality structural designs using industry-leading tools, methodologies and best practices.\nApply advanced engineering analysis to optimise performance, efficiency and constructability.\nDeliver complex designs across transmission, substations, renewables and battery storage to support Australia’s energy transition.\nContribute to client relationships and develop your commercial and project delivery skills while working alongside experienced project leaders.\nFoster an inclusive, supportive team environment where people can learn, grow and thrive.\nWhat you’ll bring\nRelevant engineering qualifications plus experience delivering structural designs for energy infrastructure projects. \nCPEng and RPEQ registration or a demonstrated commitment towards achieving professional registration.\nProven experience designing steel and reinforced concrete structures, with expertise in structural analysis, modelling and foundation design.\nSupportive approach to mentoring teams, sharing knowledge and helping others grow while guiding complex technical decisions.\nAbility to build trusted relationships and work effectively with clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience coordinating packages of work and contributing to successful project delivery.\nA passion for innovation, continuous improvement and supporting the energy transition.\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
