We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Senior Structural Engineer in our Mining & Resources team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.\nDeliver innovative structural engineering solutions across major bulk materials handling projects, with the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial, resources and emerging market initiatives.\n\nLead projects and design packages, remaining hands-on while taking ownership of delivery and outcomes.\n\nEngage with clients to collectively define project scopes, develop solutions and deliver successful outcomes.\n\nWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to solve complex technical challenges.\n\nProvide technical guidance, mentoring and coaching to emerging engineers and the broader team.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nRelevant engineering qualifications and experience in Structural Engineering including RPEQ.\n\nExperience in mining, resources or heavy industrial infrastructure would be highly regarded, particularly across bulk materials handling facilities and associated structural assets.\n\nWorking knowledge of engineering software such as: Spacegass, FEA (Strand 7/ANSYS), Parametric Modelling (Rhino/Grasshopper), 3D model interrogation (Navisworks/ACC).\n\nA track record of taking ownership and delivering practical, impactful outcomes.\n\nStrong communication skills and a willingness to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.\n\nThe ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.\n\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
