In this impactful role, you'll work closely with manufacturing, EHS, commercial, and R&D teams to maintain safe and stable production operations while leading process improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, efficiency, capacity, and overall plant performance.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead the technical execution of complex process engineering solutions that support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations\nProvide expert consultation and resolve complex production, process, and operational challenges to improve plant performance, reliability, quality, and capacity\nLead process safety initiatives, including MOC activities, PHA participation, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation\nAnalyze process and asset performance data to identify opportunities for safety, reliability, yield, and operational efficiency improvements\nSupport capital projects, plant start-ups, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with manufacturing, EHS, commercial, and R&D teams\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred\nKnowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to solve complex manufacturing and production challenges\nAdvanced knowledge of process safety principles, including PHA, LOPA, MOC programs, EHS procedures, and environmental regulations governing plant operations\nExperience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and Process Safety Management (PSM) environments preferred\nProficiency with process control systems, including DCS and PLC platforms, and experience troubleshooting complex operating systems\nStrong understanding of P&ID development, mass and energy balances, process calculations, and equipment sizing for industrial process systems\nExperience supporting capital projects, project management activities, and facility improvement initiatives\nFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing principles and data-driven approaches to improving operational performance\nAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)\nStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all settings\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nMake a direct impact on the safety, reliability, and efficiency of a critical manufacturing operation\nSolve real-world production challenges while advancing process improvements that drive measurable results\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement\nCurious about the impactful work our Manufacturing team is doing?
