This is your opportunity to guide major initiatives, influence evolving design practices, and deliver enduring infrastructure that enhances mobility and connects people to opportunity.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage all aspects of bridge project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures\nServe as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas\nLead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team\nPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents\nTrack and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards\nPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred\nMinimum 15 years’ progressive engineering experience; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required\nExpert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas\nAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office\nExperience delivering and winning work from SCDOT\nBridge design experience with management background required\nKnowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred\nDeep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws\nProven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes\nExperience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contracts\nParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred\nAbility to travel as needed\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nLead transformative bridge projects that shape the future of mobility and infrastructure\nMentor and inspire talented teams dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation solutions\nCollaborate with industry experts and company leadership in a flexible work environment\nCurious about the critical work our Bridge team delivers?
