In this role, you will lead complex capital projects supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences, specialty chemical, and advanced manufacturing clients-driving a client front-end loading (FEL) stage/gate process, or serving as the Engineering Project Manager of design-build/EPC projects.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead the delivery of pharmaceutical and manufacturing facility projects, managing scope, schedule, project financials, budget, and risk from FEL through construction closeout\nServe as a “seller/doer,” developing trusted client partnerships, identifying new opportunities within manufacturing and life sciences markets, and supporting marketing plan development for target market areas\nOversee the development of proposals, project plans, schedules, cost controls, change management documentation, submittals, and closeout materials across multiple projects to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time execution\nLead and mentor other Project Managers, supporting professional growth across the team\nPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met across the FEL/stage-gate process\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field required\nMinimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required\nExperience with design-build/EPC project delivery, or FEL/stage-gate processes is highly preferred\nProven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation\nStrong background in client relationship management and interpreting client contract requirements\nAbility to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem-solving skills\nStrong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversight\nProficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferred\nExcellent communication and leadership skills with proven collaboration experience\nAbility to travel as needed\nPMP certification, or equivalent professional license preferred\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nLead high-visibility pharmaceutical and manufacturing projects that support innovation, operational excellence, and highly regulated environments\nInfluence project strategy, client outcomes, and business growth within a nationally recognized manufacturing and life sciences practice\nGrow your leadership impact by mentoring teams and shaping project delivery approaches\nBe part of a collaborative, people-first culture that values expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement\nCurious about the impactful work our Manufacturing team is doing?
