This is your opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, oversee impactful transportation initiatives, and advance your career while helping shape the future of transportation infrastructure throughout the region.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage Traffic & ITS transportation projects from development of project proposals through completion, delivering safe, resilient, and cost-effective solutions\nOversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact\nCoordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors\nLead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations\nDevelop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan\nCommunicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required, including 2 years of project management experience \nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required\nExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline in Traffic Studies Analysis and Signal Design with a proven ability to apply best practices\nAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (MicroStation and Synchro version 10 or after) as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other management software\nStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws\nProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks\nExcellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment\nMotivated self-starter who works well independently; adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation\nKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferred\nParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nTake ownership of complex transportation projects from planning and design through delivery while partnering directly with clients, agencies, and stakeholders\nWork alongside experienced transportation professionals who are passionate about solving today's mobility challenges and advancing innovative engineering solutions\nCurious about the impactful work our Traffic & ITS team is doing?
