are actively hiring for the position of Print Operator for our plant in Solon, OH.\nShift: 3rd Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM\nDuties & Responsibilities\nDownload print files and set up printing jobs to be printed on two different printers using imposition software. \nLoad and unload printers with raw printed materials. \nEnsure the printed materials’ quality meets customers’ expectations. \nEnsure orders are printed in advance for finishing and shipping on time. \nCommunicate with other team members to ensure orders are processed through finishing processes. \nCommunicate with management/team lead to ensure all duties assigned are completed. \nEnsure that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous material. \nReport any and all workplace hazards to management immediately. \nPerform scheduled maintenance. \nCommunicate equipment and material problems with team lead/management in a timely manner. \nPerform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify the team lead of any issues found. \nMust be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nGood problem-solving skills. \nGood organizational skills. \nAttention to detail. \nAbility to understand English. \nAbility to communicate effectively with co-workers. \nAbility to use hand/power tools and safe use of them. \nAbility to multitask with changing priorities.
