The role will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver reliable network solutions and excellent customer service.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and support LAN, WLAN, and WANnetwork infrastructure.\nServe as a technical escalation point for network-related issues.\nTroubleshoot network infrastructure, hardware, and connectivity issues.\nLead the design, testing, and implementation of network projects and proposals.\nPerform testing and validation of new network hardware and software.\nProvide network infrastructure consultation to internal and external partners.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures.\nPrioritize, plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.\nRequired Qualifications\n12+ yearsof experience in a computer/networking-related field.\nJNCIP or CCNP - Required\nExperience working in production network environments.\nHands-on experience configuring and deploying Cisco, Juniper, and Arubaswitches, routers, and wireless access points.\nStrong experience with BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, MPLS, and Spanning Tree.\nExperience leading the design and delivery of network projects.\nExperience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong customer service skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nJNCIE or CCIE -
