Your key responsibilities will include:\nDesigning robust, scalable solution architectures aligned with business needs and the organization’s technology strategy.\nDeveloping Proofs of Concept (POCs), Proofs of Value (POVs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to rapidly validate new technological approaches.\nActively participating in software development, testing, debugging, and deploying key solution components.\nCollaborating closely with developers, architects, analysts, and business partners to ensure the success of strategic initiatives.\nLeading architecture activities, including solution reviews, governance, architecture decisions, and compliance with enterprise standards.\nSupporting the industrialization, integration, and transition of solutions to operational teams.\nEnsuring the quality, integrity, and traceability of solutions throughout their lifecycle.\nContributing to the evolution of architecture, software engineering, artificial intelligence, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.\nMonitoring technology trends and recommending innovative approaches tailored to organizational needs.\nWhat Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role\nWe are looking for someone who:\nIs recognized for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions.\nDemonstrates strong technical leadership, an innovative mindset, and the ability to rapidly turn ideas into concrete results.\nExhibits a broad technical skill set and adaptability across different technology environments.\nIs known for intellectual curiosity, rapid learning ability, and comfort in ambiguous and constantly evolving contexts.\nHas at least 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including a minimum of 7 years in solution architecture within complex projects and large-scale organizations.\nHas recent, hands-on experience in software development and modern solution design.\nPossesses significant experience in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and modern DevOps practices.\nHas a strong understanding of architecture and integration principles, as well as modern technology environments, including containers, orchestration, and event-driven architectures.\nHolds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.\nPossesses advanced English proficiency, as the role requires regular collaboration with technology vendors, analysis of specialized technical documentation, evaluation of international technology platforms and solutions, and interaction with business partners and technical experts working in English-speaking environments.\nPossesses advanced French proficiency, as the role requires frequent collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders, participation in strategic discussions, preparation of technical and business documentation, and communication with teams across the organization.\nTechnology Environment\nYou will work in an innovation-driven environment focused on rapid experimentation.
