We’re rethinking how work gets done at a fundamental level.\n\nYou’ll work directly with operators who have scaled multi-billion dollar businesses in automotive, EV, and marketplaces.\n\nYou’ll have real ownership, high autonomy, and a direct line to company outcomes.\n\nThe Opportunity\nWe’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to be a force multiplier for our BizOps Director: someone who can pick up an ambiguous, cross-functional problem, build the trust to walk into another team’s operation, and drive it to a real fix using data-driven decision making.\nYou’ll own cross-functional projects end to end, scoping them, driving implementation, and measuring success. You’ll partner directly with functional leaders (Sales, Dealer Success, Ops) to diagnose operational challenges and help fix them.\nWhat You’ll Own\nCross-Functional Project Ownership\nLead cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution.\n\nDrive accountability across teams you don’t formally manage. Keep initiatives moving, surface risks early, and make sure deliverables ship.\n\nTake on problems that arrive as symptoms (“this handoff keeps breaking,” “onboarding is too slow”) and figure out what’s actually going on to propose a fix.\n\nOperational Partnership\nPartner directly with functional leaders to diagnose inefficiencies in how their teams operate.\n\nAnalyze data to size a problem and diagnose the root cause.\n\nDesign and implement fixes such as new agentic workflows, automations, and SOPs.\n\nLead and facilitate department operations, such as weekly business reviews.\n\nAct on diagnosed daily metric alerts.\n\nWho You Are\n4-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a high-growth startup operations role. Marketplace or automotive experience is a plus.\n\nA track record of owning ambiguous problems end to end.\n\nStrong stakeholder management: you can walk into a team you don’t manage, build credibility fast, and drive change without formal authority.\n\nComfortable with data (SQL a plus) and analytics.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication. A structured thinker who can bring clarity to a messy situation.\n\nBias toward action, low ego, and thrives in zero-to-one ambiguity.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nAnnual salary: $145,000 to $165,000\nSalary ranges reflect independent, third-party benchmarking against national compensation data. Where an individual’s actual offer falls within that range depends on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, specialized skills, training and qualifications, current business needs, and prevailing market conditions.
