In this role, you’ll take ownership of backend services, design and develop robust, scalable architectures, and work closely with product and engineering teams to solve meaningful challenges that directly impact our customers and partners.\nYou’ll work with modern technologies including Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS, in a fast-moving environment that values strong engineering fundamentals, a product-driven mindset, and a passion for solving complex problems at scale.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services that support our web and mobile applications.\nOwn backend features end-to-end: from technical design and implementation to production deployment and ongoing improvements.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code, following best practices, design patterns, and high testing standards.\nBuild and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data flows to ensure reliability and performance at scale.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions that improve velocity, stability, and extensibility.\nPerform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and proactively improve system observability, reliability, and performance.\nCollaborate closely with Product, FE, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical plans and execution.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.\nExperience working with backend frameworks such as Nest.js or similar frameworks.\nSolid understanding of relational databases and experience with PostgreSQL or similar database technologies.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development methodologies.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary
