Pharmacy Operations & Medicine Dispensing\nDispense medications accurately against valid prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners.\nVerify medicine names, strengths, dosages, quantities, and expiry dates before dispensing.\nMaintain proper documentation of prescriptions, medicine dispensing, and stock movement.\nGuide patients on prescribed medication usage, storage, and precautions within the pharmacist's professional scope.\nCoordinate with doctors and nursing teams to ensure timely availability of prescribed medications.\nFollow medication safety and hospital pharmacy protocols.\n2. Inventory & Stock Management\nManage daily pharmacy inventory, medicine availability, stock receipts, and issue records.\nMonitor minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder requirements.\nMaintain appropriate storage conditions, including temperature monitoring and cold-chain management.\nFollow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.\nMonitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, and slow-moving pharmaceutical stock.\nConduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.\nCoordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely medicine availability.\n3. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance\nEnsure pharmacy operations comply with applicable Drugs and Cosmetics laws, Pharmacy Act requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.\nMaintain required pharmacy records and registers, including records for scheduled drugs where applicable.\nSupport compliance with drug licence conditions and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities.\nEnsure secure storage, controlled access, and appropriate documentation for regulated medicines.\nMaintain appropriate records of purchase invoices, batch numbers, expiry dates, and supplier details.\nEnsure safe pharmaceutical waste handling and disposal as per applicable rules and hospital procedures.\nSupport NABH-aligned medication management and patient safety protocols.\n4. Oncology Pharmacy Support\nCoordinate with oncologists and nursing teams regarding the availability of chemotherapy medicines, supportive medications, and oncology-related products.\nEnsure appropriate storage, stock control, expiry monitoring, and traceability of high-value oncology medicines.\nMaintain accurate records of chemotherapy medication stock, batch numbers, and dispensing.\nFollow cytotoxic drug handling and safety protocols.\nSupport prescription verification and medication-related checks within professional competency.\nEnsure chemotherapy medicines are supplied only against authorised orders and handled according to approved institutional protocols.\nSupport chemotherapy preparation or handling activities only when appropriately trained, authorised, and permitted under applicable requirements.\n5. Billing, Documentation & Coordination\nEnsure accurate pharmacy billing and reconciliation of medicine sales and stock.\nMaintain daily pharmacy reports and inventory MIS.\nCoordinate with finance, procurement, operations, and clinical departments.\nSupport pharmacy audits and resolve inventory or documentation discrepancies.\nMaintain confidentiality of patient and prescription information.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nDiploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognised institution.\nValid registration certificate with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council -
