We are looking for someone who can take complex concepts-such as AI agents, LLMs, automation, healthcare RCM, conversational AI, NLP, APIs, cloud technologies and enterprise AI-and turn them into clear, engaging and technically credible written content.\nYou will work closely with technology, product, business and leadership teams to build Contiinex's voice across its website, thought leadership, blogs, product content and other digital channels.\nWhat You'll Do\nResearch and write high-quality technical content around AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, automation, healthcare technology and enterprise software.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into content that is understandable to technology leaders, healthcare executives and business stakeholders without oversimplifying the subject.\nWrite long-form and short-form content including:\nTechnical blogs\nTechnology explainers\nThought leadership articles\nWebsite and product content\nProduct/solution explainers\nCase studies\nWhitepapers and reports\nLinkedIn and other social content\nExecutive thought-leadership pieces\nConduct independent research using credible technology, healthcare and industry sources.\nWork with subject matter experts, product teams and engineers to understand products, architecture and technical concepts.\nInterview internal experts and convert their knowledge into polished, audience-friendly content.\nDevelop content around emerging areas such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI automation, conversational AI, NLP, voice AI and healthcare AI.\nDevelop content that explains how technology translates into real business and operational outcomes, particularly within healthcare RCM.\nMaintain technical accuracy while ensuring content is engaging, readable and relevant to the target audience.\nRepurpose technical research into multiple content formats and channels.\nWork with marketing and leadership teams to build a consistent technology narrative and point of view for Contiinex.\nStay current with developments in AI, enterprise technology, healthcare technology and the broader technology ecosystem.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5 years of experience in technical writing, technology content, B2B SaaS content, enterprise technology content or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of technology and the ability to independently research unfamiliar technical topics.\nExcellent written English with strong command over clarity, structure, grammar and storytelling.\nAbility to explain complex technology in simple, precise language.\nStrong research skills and the ability to distinguish credible technical information from superficial or generic AI content.\nComfortable interacting with engineers, architects, product managers and technology leaders.\nAbility to ask the right questions and extract technical information from subject matter experts.\nStrong interest in AI, software, enterprise technology and emerging technologies.\nAbility to write for different audiences-from technical practitioners to CXOs and business leaders.\nStrong editorial judgement and attention to technical accuracy.\nGood to Have\nExperience writing about AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, automation or SaaS.\nExposure to healthcare technology, healthcare RCM, fintech, insurance technology or other enterprise domains.\nExperience creating content for a B2B technology or SaaS company.\nBasic understanding of APIs, cloud computing, software architecture, data, integrations and enterprise applications.\nExperience writing for technology
