\n2、具备免费用户获取的实战经验：独立操盘过自然流量增长、裂变拉新或零预算获客项目，能用数据说明“带来了多少用户、成本多少、留存如何”; \n3、具备产品sense：能看懂需求文档、画清流程图，能独立撰写 PRD 级别的简单需求说明，并与产品、研发顺畅沟通; \n4、AI 工具熟练使用者：日常会用大模型、AI 写作/绘图/表格/自动化类工具处理工作，有自己的提示词方法论和提效案例（面试时请带作品或案例说明）;
