No prior experience in AI is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nFederal Reporting & Staff Writing\nCreate and refine authentic federal and military reporting materials\n\nDevelop Weekly Action Reports (WARs), Situation Reports (SITREPs), after-action summaries, and executive briefings\n\nApply appropriate federal terminology, structure, tone, and reporting conventions\n\nProduce clear written summaries reflecting real-world operational and administrative requirements\n\nMaintain strong standards for factual accuracy, clarity, and audience suitability\n\nReference Responses & Reporting Artifacts\nDevelop high-quality written responses based on provided prompts and source documentation\n\nCreate input artifacts and golden reference responses for status, activity, and compliance reporting\n\nSupport realistic scenarios across federal agencies and military environments\n\nApply appropriate formats for recurring and ad hoc reporting needs\n\nEnsure reference materials demonstrate expected professional reporting standards\n\nEvaluation & Grading\nReview and grade project submissions using defined evaluation guidelines\n\nAssess clarity, accuracy, completeness, compliance, and adherence to reporting conventions\n\nIdentify structural, factual, stylistic, or procedural weaknesses\n\nProvide clear written feedback explaining evaluation decisions\n\nMaintain consistent judgement across repeated assessment tasks\n\nRubric & Task Development\nHelp create grading criteria and evaluation rubrics for federal-reporting tasks\n\nTranslate staff-writing standards into clear and repeatable assessment frameworks\n\nConsult on task design, reporting requirements, and realistic evaluation scenarios\n\nRefine prompts, criteria, and reference materials based on project needs\n\nContribute specialised reporting insight to improve AI-training workflows\n\nFederal Documentation & Collaboration\nApply experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to official reporting formats\n\nSupport review of memos, presentations, summaries, and related federal documentation\n\nExplain reporting methodology and documentation standards clearly\n\nCollaborate remotely with project leads and reviewers through structured feedback cycles\n\nMaintain professional handling standards for sensitive federal or military reporting contexts\n\nIdeal Profile\n3+ years of relevant federal reporting or staff-writing experience\n\nPrior experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense or a comparable federal environment\n\nDemonstrated experience producing WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, or similar documentation\n\nBackground with one or more branches of the U.S. military is highly valuable\n\nStrong understanding of federal documentation standards and reporting conventions\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong attention to tone, clarity, structure, and compliance\n\nExperience developing or applying grading rubrics and evaluation criteria\n\nAbility to articulate reporting methodology and provide structured feedback\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\n\nExperience producing official reports, memos, briefings, or presentations\n\nUnderstanding of federal compliance and confidential-information handling\n\nExperience across multiple roles, branches, or reporting environments is advantageous\n\nNo prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required\n\nEngagement Details\nIndependent contractor engagement\n\nRemote - United States only\n\nCompensation: $40-$80/hour\n\nWork will involve federal staff writing, report development, golden-response creation, rubric design, submission evaluation, and AI-output review\n\nAssignments may include WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, status reports, compliance reports, memos, and briefings\n\nStrong federal reporting experience and familiarity with military documentation standards are central to this engagement\n\nProject scope, workload, reporting formats, and evaluation criteria may evolve depending on project requirements\n\nWork must be completed without using classified, controlled, confidential, or proprietary information belonging to any employer, government agency, client, institution, or other third party\n\nAbout the Platform\nThis opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
