This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders locally and regionally which includes business partners, third party vendors and development teams to design and deliver IT solutions that enable the e-Commerce business unit to achieve results.\nMerchant Support, your primary responsibility will include but not limited to\nthe following:\nTo support business development efforts during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support by: \n- providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.\n- designing and presenting ecommerce solutions for clients and partners\n- conducting internal and external training\nPoint of contact point between technology team and business / product development\nteam technical issues/bugs.\nAble to decipher/decoded merchant logs and troubleshoot. \nTo review and coordinate the enhancement of partner solutions, also ensuring that relevant technical documentation and materials are up to date.\nTo work with other teams within the company for multi-country solutions \nAssist with merchant integration and support integration related queries, deciphering/decoding merchant logs and troubleshoot \nMonitor daily batch jobs and operational functions within the systems\nManage merchant helpdesk or merchant/customer issues and maintain work with technical teams to provide visibility on the issue and resolution (including providing the\nRCA).\nSystem monitoring and SLA follow ups.\nAssist with ad-hoc special projects integration and monitor stability (can be 24/7 for a period), specially for L1 cases\nRequirements\n3 years working experience in payment, retail or IT solutions vendors\nExtensive pre-sales / post -sales or consulting experience\nExperience in fintech, payment gateway would be an advantage \nAbility to effectively prioritize tasks\nDedication and commitment to problem resolution\nStrong customer focus, Proactive/Extrovert, Team Player\nMS Visual Studio 2013\nKnowledge of SQL Statement\nAPI-based programming skills is an advantage\nJava, HTML, Desktop OS, Window Server \nInterested candidates are invited to send your comprehensive resume with current and expected salary package via this job ad.
