You will manage day-to-day operations across digital channels, including paid media, social media, and e-commerce platforms, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and improve performance.\nIn this role, you will leverage data and customer insights to optimize campaigns, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to achieving business growth objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the execution of digital growth initiatives to drive SME merchant acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth\nManage the day-to-day operations of digital channels, including paid media, social media, and e-commerce platforms to increase traffic, lead generation, and conversions\nCoordinate with the marketing team to develop and publish content across digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and relevance to target merchants\nMonitor and analyze digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer engagement, and provide recommendations for optimization\nExecute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize lead quality and ROI\nAssist in managing digital marketing budgets and monitoring campaign spending to ensure efficient resource utilization\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and support business objectives\nIdentify opportunities to improve digital funnels, customer journeys, and channel effectiveness through testing and continuous optimization\nStay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to SME businesses.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field\n2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms\nHands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across paid media and social media platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce advertising platforms\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance\nExperience monitoring and analyzing digital marketing metrics\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams\nCreative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset, with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve campaign performance\nProficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nInterested candidates are invited to send your comprehensive resume with current and expected salary package via this job ad.
