The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in treasury operations, a hands-on approach to process improvement, and the leadership capability to manage and develop a local team.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee end-to-end bank account management, including account opening/closing, signatory management, and ongoing maintenance across multiple jurisdictions\nManage fund reconciliation and clearing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all fund movements\nMonitor and manage liquidity positions, ensuring sufficient funding availability across accounts and entities\nHandle international fund settlement and cross-border payment operations, including foreign exchange settlements and related accounting entries\nCoordinate with banks and financial institutions to resolve fund settlement issues, handle banking matters, and maintain strong institutional relationships\nIdentify opportunities for system automation and process optimization to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual workload\nPartner with internal teams including Accounting, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment on fund flows and operational controls\nLead and develop a local operations team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and building team capability over time\nSupport regulatory reporting and safeguarding requirements where applicable\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\nMinimum 8 years of working experience in treasury operations, banking operations, fund management, or a related financial discipline\nSolid understanding of cross-border settlement, foreign exchange operations, and financial accounting fundamentals\nExperience in the payments or fintech industry is a strong advantage, particularly in international payment settlement\nProven team management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment\nFamiliarity with Thai banking regulations, local financial institutions, and regional payment ecosystems\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational risks and drive process improvements\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions\nFluency in both English and Thai is required; basic Mandarin Chinese communication skills would be a plus.\nHigh attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure\nInterested candidates are invited to send your comprehensive resume with current and expected salary package via this job ad.
