Born from a desire to bring automation expertise to our current and prospective clients, 5 years ago we shaped our offering.\nProject Info:\nWe're looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead testing across a major transformation programme focused on modernising critical planning systems and replacing legacy technology with a more integrated digital solution.\nYou'll provide leadership across a complex, multi-supplier delivery environment, establishing an integrated testing approach, recovering challenging testing workstreams where needed, and improving governance, quality assurance, defect management and release readiness.\nWorking with senior programme stakeholders and delivery partners, you'll provide independent, evidence-based reporting on testing quality, risks and deployment readiness, driving improvements that build confidence in the overall solution.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nWe're looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager with a proven track record of leading testing across complex technology programmes. You'll be confident managing multiple suppliers, strengthening testing governance and providing clear assurance across integrated technology platforms.\nYou'll combine strong test leadership with technical knowledge across cloud, API, data and geospatial technologies, alongside the stakeholder management skills needed to challenge constructively and drive improvements in quality and delivery confidence.\nYou'll need to be:\nAn experienced Programme Test Manager. Proven experience leading testing across complex programmes and multiple suppliers.\nStrong in test governance and assurance. Experience improving test processes, quality controls, defect management and release readiness.\nExperienced in test recovery. Able to lead challenging workstreams, identify issues and drive improvements.\nTechnically minded. Understanding of complex integrations and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms.\nExperienced in cloud technologies. Ideally with large-scale Microsoft Azure platforms.\nKnowledgeable in API and integration testing. Ideally with experience of MuleSoft.\nExperienced in data testing. Understanding of data quality, transformation and validation, ideally using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL and Data Lake technologies.\nFamiliar with geospatial testing. Ideally with experience of ArcGIS and FME.\nA strong stakeholder manager. Able to provide independent, evidence-based reporting on testing quality, risks and deployment readiness\nFocused on continuous improvement.
