This role focuses on hands-on engineering, automation, and day-to-day operational excellence in partnership with other engineers and teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.\nSupport the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments.\nImprove developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation.\nContribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.\nPartner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and help resolve operational incidents.\nHelp maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and operational runbooks.\nSupport cost-conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices.\nWhat Will Make You a Great Fit\nDemonstrated experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles within an enterprise or multi-team environment.\nHands-on experience with production cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerized/orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/EKS).\nExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows (e.g., Terraform) and managing environment-specific configurations.\nExperience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.\nDemonstrated operational experience, including participating in on-call rotations, managing production incidents, and using observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana).\nFamiliarity with managing work via formal ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and cross-functional coordination.\nA focus on service reliability, documentation (runbooks), and operational excellence.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and work collaboratively across diverse engineering teams.\nClear and effective communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information, documenting processes, and adapting to fast-paced environments.\nBonus Points\nExperience supporting GitOps-based deployment workflows and tools such as ArgoCD.\nFamiliarity with cost optimization practices, including tagging strategies, rightsizing, and resource usage analysis.\nExposure to security-focused automation, such as secrets management, policy enforcement, or vulnerability/scanning workflows.\nExperience writing scripts or lightweight tooling in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring that qualified individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform their essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
