The Director of Program Delivery will build, lead, and scale the technical program management practice that supports our growing portfolio of studios. This leader owns the strategic direction for how Technology engages with studios - translating business priorities into program structure, hiring and developing a high-performing team, and establishing the operating rhythms (governance, reporting, escalation paths) that let delivery scale with the business.\nThe Director will partner directly with 2K Technology, Studio, and Publishing leadership to shape roadmaps, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and ensure delivery commitments are met across an evolving studio portfolio. This role requires someone equally comfortable setting strategy in the room with executives and rolling up their sleeves to unblock a program in flight - with the people leadership skills to build a team others want to join and grow within.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild, lead, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers supporting 2K's studio portfolio\n\nSet the strategic direction and operating model for how Technology Program Delivery engages with studios and cross-functional partners\n\nOwn executive-level reporting and communication on program health, risk, and delivery across the studio portfolio\n\nPartner with Technology, Studio, Analytics, Global Services, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to align priorities and resolve cross-functional roadblocks\n\nEstablish and evolve program management standards, processes, and tooling used across the team\n\nCoach and develop a team, including performance management, career growth, and workload balancing\n\nOwn resourcing and staffing decisions across studio engagements, including hiring\n\nServe as the primary escalation point for complex studio delivery risks, blockers, and stakeholder conflicts, proactively resolving high-priority challenges.\n\nDrive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across competing studio and portfolio demands\n\nRepresent Program Delivery in leadership forums, planning cycles, and budget discussions\n\nOwn delivery of the shared services and platform roadmap in partnership with studio and product leadership\n\nChampion continuous improvement in how the team plans, tracks, and communicates delivery status\n\nWho We Believe Will Be A Phenomenal Fit\nYou have a track record of building and leading high-performing program management teams in a fast-paced, complex organization. You're as comfortable setting strategy with executives as you are getting into the details of a program that's off track.
