site reliability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInfrastructure & Systems\n\n• Manage and maintain Linux-based servers (LAMP/LEMP stack)\n\n• Administer and optimize WHM/cPanel and Plesk environments\n\n• Perform server provisioning, configuration, and patching\n\n• Monitor system health, uptime, and performance\n\nWordPress & WooCommerce\n\n• Optimize WordPress and WooCommerce performance under load\n\n• Troubleshoot slow queries, plugin conflicts, and scaling issues\n\n• Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached, OPcache)\n\nSecurity & Hardening\n\n• Implement server and application-level security best practices\n\n• Configure and maintain firewalls (iptables, CSF), fail2ban, and malware scanners• Handle incident response and remediation\n\nEmail & Deliverability\n\n• Configure and troubleshoot mail systems within WHM/Plesk\n\n• Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)\n\n• Diagnose and resolve spam or blacklisting issues\n\nDatabase & Performance\n\n• Optimize MySQL/MariaDB performance\n\n• Analyze slow queries and improve database efficiency\n\n• Tune Apache/Nginx and PHP-FPM for performance\n\nBackup & Reliability\n\n• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies\n\n• Ensure high availability and minimal downtime\n\nCommunication\n\n• Coordinate with development team and stakeholders\n\n• English mastery (written and verbal) is essential for clear documentation and reporting\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration\n\n• Strong hands-on experience with WHM/cPanel and/or Plesk\n\n• Strong expertise in LAMP/LEMP stack (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP)\n\n• Proven experience supporting WordPress/WooCommerce in production\n\n• Solid understanding of DNS, SSL, HTTP(S), and email systems\n\n• Experience with server security hardening and monitoring\n\n• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills\n\n• Bash scripting\nPreferred Skills\n\n• Experience with Cloudflare or CDN optimization\n\n• Familiarity with basic CI/CD workflows\n\n• Experience with Docker (light usage)\n\n• Advanced scripting (Python, Perl, or PHP)\n\n• PCI compliance knowledge\n\n• Experience
