improvement of our products\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\nExperience in a customer-facing role, working in a support capacity, as a consultant, or in a web design agency environment where you worked with clients\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English\n\nStrong understanding and working knowledge of Java\n\nGeneral understanding of common data formats such as XML and JSON\n\nGeneral understanding of other website-related technologies, including web servers/hosting, internet protocols and other standards (e.g. HTML, TLS, DNS, CDN etc.)\n\nWorking knowledge of certificates, both client-side and server-side\n\nWorking knowledge of client-side scripting and stylesheets (e.g. JavaScript, jQuery, CSS)\nNice to Have\n\nLinux, Apache, and Tomcat
