Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Producer to join the team at Hangar 13. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of key features and content for our upcoming AAA titles, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including design, art, engineering, and QA-to define goals, establish workflows, and remove obstacles that stand in the way of development progress.

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Create, iterate and track schedules and processes for game features and assets.
• Drive the completion of project goals, objectives and deliverables for time and quality.
• Monitor the balance of time and resources.
• Work with production teams, leads and software engineers to provide information in order to ensure that project goals, objectives, and deliverables are achieved.
• Ensure great communication of the vision and targets across the team and make sure that appropriate review forums are established. Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks and make recommendations for adjustment as appropriate.

Essential Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Proven experience as a Producer in Games 
• Solid understanding of gamedev technologies, pipelines, and software development lifecycles
• Passion for and extensive knowledge of contemporary videogames.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (timekeeping, scheduling, etc.) with ‘how can I help’ attitude.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in game production experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence 
• Experience working with different production methodologies
• Strong proficiency with MS Office/G Suite tools 

Highly Desirable 

• Experience shipping a AAA/AA Game 
• Ideally have worked on a single player Narrative driven game
• Experience working with Tech Art teams
• Hands-on technical experience with programming or scripting is a plus
