and maintain an automated and manual test program for production software.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop a deep understanding of the flow of our code and how it interacts with the other system components.\nParticipate in the drafting, review and approval of project documents, user needs, and product objectives to support your ability to create and execute test cases.\nSetting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on mobile, desktop and web.\nBuilding and documenting both verification and validation test scenarios and acceptance tests in a regulated environment.\nInvestigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs and creating and managing bug reports.\nParticipate in technical communications and the understanding of our customers’ systems.\nWorking with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.\nMaintain open, accurate and timely communications channels so others are aware of project status and risk\nAnalyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.\nResearching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.\nManaging the final quality on production release.\nRequirements:\nA Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.\nExcellent software design and programming skills.\nThe ability to succeed in a process centric environment without getting paralyzed by it (you are not reluctant to propose and make changes as needed)\nDirect experience with multiple programming languages and process management methodologies and their use in a regulated environment.\nAt least three years of demonstrated success employing different test methodologies and their corresponding tools.\nUnderstanding Behavior and
