Reactive design and state-of-the-art UI components are non-negotiable.\n\n- Product console UI development - Build and iterate on the Synapse governance and management console as we expand from MCP server generation into RAG pipelines and Skills. Work directly from Figma designs - and push back on them constructively.\n\n- Cross-platform compatibility - Every surface must work flawlessly across browsers, Mac, and Windows. PWA implementation and responsive design are part of your standard output, not afterthoughts.\n\n- Tech stack ownership - We are on Next.js today. You will audit what we have, tell us what needs to change, and own those decisions end-to-end. We want opinions, not executors.\n\n- Rapid release cycles - We launch frequently. You need to be someone who finds energy in that pace, not someone who needs six weeks of planning to ship a new page.\n\n- Future Electron-style apps - Cross-platform desktop app capability is on the roadmap.
