具有扎实的数学功底（线性代数、李群李代数、非线性优化、多视图几何),具备在机器人上部署2D/3D视觉引导的抓取算法经验。\n3. 精通2D/3D视觉技术栈与工程落地，熟练使用Python/C++，熟悉PyTorch分布式训练，熟练掌握ROS/ROS2，PCL、Open3D、OpenCV、Eigen技术栈。\n4.加分项：\n* 在相关领域的顶级会议或期刊（如CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, CoRL, ICRA, RSS, NeurIPS等）有影响力论文发表，特别是3D Vision for Robotics、Sim-to-Real、6D Pose Estimation方向。\n*
