executive management updates.\nManage support team performance, resource planning, shift coverage, knowledge management, and continuous improvement activities\nDrive operational excellence initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency\nEnsure compliance with IT governance, audit, security, and data privacy requirements\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\nStrong SQL/Python skills for data processing and automation\nHands-on Databricks operational experience (notebooks, jobs, monitoring)\nGood SQL skills for analytics and reporting\n5+ years of IT operations or service delivery experience, with at least 3 years in a Service Delivery or Application Support lead role.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL processes, with hands-on experience using ServiceNow.\nExperience in managing L2 application support for Luxury Retail\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.\nExcellent written and spoken English and Mandarin\nSkills\nAnalytical Approach, Application Service Provider, IT Service Management, Troubleshooting, Service Improvement, Mandarin Chinese, coordinate with other business departments, Databricks, Computer Science, Personnel and Equipment Operational Readiness, SQL,
